National Disaster Medical System DMAT teams are comprised of year volunteers. We all have our regular jobs and family lives, but when called to action, we drop everything in service of our country. When not on active deployment, DMAT CA4, a 501.c3 non-profit group, funds it’s day to day day operations by charitable donations from it’s own members, and the generous donations of other caring individuals, groups and business.
